The Chef

Our Chef Fabiano Souza was born and raised in Búzios under the influence of local native communities and their cultural riches.

He was inspired by his mother and uncle following their example to cook with regional produce. Later he worked with Chef Nelson Ramos, developing the famous “gnocchi do Presidente” in Brasilia.

Commanded for several years “Bar do Zé”, today a traditional spot at Orla Bardot.

With his original style, Chef Fabiano leads an authentic gastronomic experience at La Gare Restaurant.
